- Same-day delivery:
Orders placed before 4:00pm in Dubai and 1:00pm for other Emirates will be delivered between the same day until 10:00 pm.
- Next-day delivery:
Orders placed after 4:00pm will be delivered the next day between 9:00am and 10:00pm.
Please be aware that in the event of a public holiday, deliveries will be scheduled for the first business day immediately following the holiday. We understand that emergencies may arise—if you require an urgent order, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate if within our capabilities.
