·       JOY&CO gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.

·       Gift cards can be redeemed exclusively on joyandco.com.

·       The gift card amount can be used in full or partially. Any remaining balance will stay available on the same gift card code until expiry.

·       Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part.

·       Gift cards cannot be purchased using another gift card.

·       If an item purchased using a gift card is returned in accordance with our return policy, the refund will be issued as store credit or a replacement gift card, not cash.

·       JOY&CO is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift card codes. Please treat your gift card code as confidential.

·       Digital gift cards are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure the email address is entered correctly.

·       Gift cards can be used for orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates only.

·       JOY&CO reserves the right to cancel or refuse gift cards or orders in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
