Shipping Policy
- Delivery Coverage: We currently deliver across the UAE. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us. We currently do not offer international shipping.
- Same-day delivery: Orders placed before 4:00pm in Dubai and 1:00pm for other Emirates will be delivered between the same day until 10:00 pm.
- Next-day delivery: Orders placed after 4:00pm will be delivered the next day between 9:00am and 10:00pm.
Returns Policy
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Return Process: Returns can be requested directly through our website. For any assistance, please contact our Happiness Concierge with your order number and reason for return. Once reviewed, we will provide a return authorization and the necessary instructions to complete the process smoothly.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

While the process is ongoing, each improvement is approached thoughtfully, with the intention of moving towards more responsible packaging choices and practices over time.
