Sustainability at JOY&CO is approached with intention — as an evolving journey shaped by conscious choices and long-term thinking. We prioritise brands that explore more responsible materials and production methods, favouring pieces designed to last beyond trends. From Auura, whose materials are developed to decompose within few days up to 6 months under controlled conditions, to Urban Nature Culture, where around 50% of the materials used across collections consist of recycled glass and ceramics, and Porter Green, creating reusable drinkware designed to replace single-use products — each selection reflects a step towards more mindful living.

Alongside this, we are continuously exploring ways to improve our own packaging practices. Efforts include gradually reducing plastic use where possible, increasing the use of recycled and recyclable carton, and seeking protective solutions that balance product safety with lower environmental impact. While the process is ongoing, each improvement is approached thoughtfully, with the intention of moving towards more responsible packaging choices and practices over time.
