No, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for purchases or returns.

We currently deliver across the UAE. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Same-day delivery: Orders placed before 4:00pm in Dubai and 1:00pm for other Emirates will be delivered between the same day until 10:00 pm. Next-day delivery: Orders placed after 4:00pm will be delivered the next day between 9:00am and 10:00pm. Please be aware that in the event of a public holiday, deliveries will be scheduled for the first business day immediately following the holiday. We understand that emergencies may arise—if you require an urgent order, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate if within our capabilities. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled.

Gift recipients can exchange items within 14 days of purchase. Once approved and inspected, we will issue a promo code equal to the item's value for future purchases.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of return approval. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank and may take additional days to reflect in your account.

We do not offer direct exchanges for regular orders. If you want a different item, please return the original order and place a new one.
