1. Return Guidelines & Procedure
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with all enclosed documentation, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- We reserve the right to decline a refund if these conditions are not met.

- Once the return request is approved, a courier will collect the package.
- Free return service is available for all online purchases.
- The returned item will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse, which may take up to 7 days for transit and an additional up to 2 working days for quality inspection.
- If a return does not meet quality requirements, the item will be sent back to the customer, and no refund will be issued.
- We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible. However, we monitor the number of returns made by customers and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if products are returned repeatedly.
2. Refunds
- If the return meets all conditions, we will process a refund, excluding the delivery fee.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.
- During peak shopping periods, refund processing may take slightly longer.
3. No Exchanges for Regular Orders
We do not offer direct exchanges for ordinary orders. If you wish to replace an item, you must return it first and then place a new order for the desired item.
4. Reporting Defects & Order Issues
- Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 24 hours of receipt via email at hello@joyandco.com or via WhatsApp at +971 56 6963988.
- We may request a photo of the damaged package before arranging a collection with our shipping partner.
- If the product is no longer available, we will offer a full refund or a suitable replacement within the same price range.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Gift Exchanges
- Gift recipients can exchange items within 14 days of the purchase date.

- Once inspected, a promo code equal to the item's value will be provided for future purchases.
- Promo codes will have their own terms and conditions applied.
- Gifts are non-refundable.
